Suburban Studios Johnstown - Richland Town Center

"I gave this 5 stars because for the price just to have a place to lay my head for two nights was worth it. There is no breakfast served but for the price it was still cheaper to buy breakfast than to pay the $60.00/night extra to stay in a better hotel. Everything was clean and that was important to me. The place could use a little upkeep such as slightly loose floor boards. The bathroom shower door didn't close nicely, it was crooked but still functioning. They provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. The room had a small fridge, a microwave and a separate sink for dishes etc. I arrived in the evening and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. However, they do not automatically clean the rooms every day. You have to ask for service if you want clean towels, trash emptied or beds made up. Otherwise for longer stays they clean the room every three days. In the morning when I went to request new towels the lady behind the counter was not particularly friendly. She gave me the impression I was bothering her but she did get someone to take clean towels to my room. There was plenty of free parking. The 'bathroom' sink was outside the bathroom which I like. When you need to finish getting make up on etc. the bathroom is freed up for your spouse or whoever to get showered. If you are on a tight budget but need a place to rest your head I would recommend this place. This is definitely not a high end hotel but as I said, it was clean."

"Not a bad hotel for the money, however, they could use a little maintenance on the shower curtains, getting rid of the musty smell. Towels need a little bit more bleach, and possibly a little bigger. But overall a nice stay beds were comfortable."

"We will stay here again in the future. Facility was clean and room and bed was spacious and comfortable. Very good location to shopping, restaurants and events. The parking lot could use additional security cameras."

"I did not appreciate the grab and go breakfast. It’s not about cookies and cake for breakfast. There are packaged rolls, croissants and many other bread products that are packaged. Not everyone eats sugar for breakfast"
