"This was a great little cottage with close access to Letchworth State Park. Everything we needed was provided, and we really loved the outdoor fire ring! Perfect for our family weekend away to experience New York fall foliage!"

"Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most days and at night we were more than happy to toast our toes by the fireplace furnace. This was a first visit and it will not be the last. I highly recommend staying here!Jim"

"Everyone said this was an amazing find. We gather mostly around food, so the large dining area was crucial. But there was so much more to do- inside and out. The whether even cooperated so guests took advantage of wood walks, Letchworth and the play equipment. Looking forward to gathering another time in summer when we can take advantage of the pool and pond. "
