“Mold in the caulking of the tub. Shower head water pressure terrible, Room cleaning not available unless requested, but no one tells you this ahead of time. Air conditioner is loud. Weekend breakfast closes at 9, can you imagine? No ability to watch Netflix or prime with tv.”

“We arrived late, but the young man who checked us in was very helpful and kind. When we went inside our room, the AC was not cooling. So I called the front desk and asked if they had a fan because the room was not cooling enough. The front desk clerk brought a large fan and he was checking the AC and he immediately said that since the AC was not cooling that he could move us to another room. Which he did, he moved us to another room, and the AC in the other room was working beautifully. I don’t……

“The staff was very nice and accommodating. Expedia had messed up and booked the wrong type of room and the front desk clerk made the best out of the room we ended up having. The manager saw us the next morning at breakfast and was also very apologetic and helpful.”
