Perfect wee cottage
Hill Cottage was exactly what we were hoping for on Skye. It is well situated for our excursions around the Trotternish peninsula. We wanted to stay longer just to appreciate the views. If we get the chance to come back to Skye, we will definitely stay here again.

Idyllic Stay on Skye
The views from the fabulous country cottage are simply stunning. The cottage is a very well-appointed house that has everything one could want. The house is situated to take advantage of views from every room. The kitchen is modern and easy to use, and radiant heating in the rooms keeps the cottage snug. Being only a ten-minute drive to Portree makes this a convenient location and yet provides the peace and quiet of the countryside. You will not be disappointed if you rent this charming house. Nice Stay with helpful Owners
We enjoyed our stay in late May 2022 in this clean and tidy private cottage, which has nice views across the lochs. Kitchen and property in general had all that we needed. The weather did not cooperate much during our holiday, but the cottage kept us warm and dry. Owners were helpful with restaurant suggestions and happy to give other advice.
