Bathroom was dirty when we arrive.

Room was OK. A little run down for the price TBH.

The room we were given was not clean, there was excrement in the toilet, and the bathroom door did not close (barn door wouldn’t budge). After some time be were given a different room. That room also had used toilet paper in the toilet. A third room was suggested but didn’t have the bed configuration we needed. After more than an hour we were given a room that was satisfactory. It was now after 11:30 pm; the cleaning staff exited the room with a very unpleasant scowl on her face, as if this was all our fault. Clearly they were behind schedule for cleaning rooms and are likely grossly understaffed. I can say without hesitation that this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel!
