My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. The front desk staff is mediocre. Actually carried my own bags to my car. But overall it’s an excellent place”

The walking tour they offer was also very interesting and learned a lot on that as well.
