“The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel……

“This is a great hotel to stay in on or road trip to Italy The room was super comfy and I had a great sleep. The room and bathroom were spotless We booked a table at the restaurant, just as well as it was fully booked. Service and food were excellent. “The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)”

“It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions”

“Free parking is excellent. The room is very stylish and comfortable. Interesting design about the mirror in the bathroom. The bed is too short for a man higher than 185 cm. Accessible and convenient to travel to Basel within 30 minutes by public transportation. Staff are friendly. However, we suggest the hotel hiring more professional cleaning team as there are visible dust on furniture, clear stains in bathroom. It is an acceptable condition but it could be much better too.
