The property was awesome! Very new and clean, the decor was nice and the staff was friendly. We tried to have the complimentary breakfast, make your own waffles looked great, but there was a large group of other guests and it was going to take too long so we went to McDonald’s which is right next door.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely. The continental breakfast was better than expected, with hot and cold food. The pool was smaller than we thought, though.

Very new clean rooms. I like the big showers, those old tubs are just passé . Breakfast was ok, not exciting, but adequate. Nice area for BBQing, siting outside, and the dog area was very nice for my dog.

The hotel and rooms were like new: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Furthermore, if you need to shop for groceries, eat, or fill up your tank, you'll find a supermarket, a Dollarama, a McDonald's, and a gas station nearby.

Awesome place to stay in Prescott, the property was immaculate, close to shopping, the highway and the lake. I normally stay in Brockville when I visit friends in Prescott but I will be staying here from now on. My only concern is that the hotel only has one elevator but it did not affect our stay at all. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone or family traveling to this area.

Everything was as good as could be but there was something very special also. My partner is gluten free and dairy free. I know that most hotel buffet breakfasts don’t or can’t really cater to such travellers. In this case, a young lady that was in charge at breakfast was VERY HELPFUL in making sure that my partner had something that she could eat like gluten free toast, which was toasted in a separate toaster so as to not contaminate the gluten free bread….with jam, peanut butter and fruit. It wasn’t so much the limited menu, but the time, effort and caring that this young lady put into it. She was the highlight of our stay at the Quality Inn.
