Utility room: With microwave, freezer and washer/dryer.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link 2ft 6in twin beds (can be kingsize on request).. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. External games room with pool table. Large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub for 6 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden. This property has a natural water supply from a borehole.. Set on the border, between England and Wales, this detached cottage offers guests a peaceful getaway, with large enclosed gardens and stunning views of the surrounding countryside and farmland. Within easy reach are the popular towns of Hay-on-Wye, Kington and Hereford, all of which have an array of independent bars, shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. Hay-on-Wye is popular for its annual festival, just a 30-minute drive away. This cottage makes a great base to visit the ever popular Royal Welsh Agricultural Show that takes place every July.
