Prickly Bay Beach Tours

Darion of guest services was amazing special for creating a beautiful experience for my birthday which occurred during my stay. Wait staffers from the Italian and French restaurants were amazing! Darla from the spa - no words for the on the beach massage! Unfortunately my trip included $300 resort credit which were not provided or honored. When the inquiry was made regarding the oversight, no refund or consolation was offered. $400 out of pocket was spent at the resort using their services. Front desk, directed me to guest services and then guest services deferred back to front desk. A manager in a briefing at the time was to call back and that call never happened. Each department blamed the other with no solution or even an offer of a voucher for a future stay, as consolation was suggested. This alone made the trip a bit disappointing and makes you distrust a chain establishment and the incentives that lure a consumer into booking, in the first place.

Everything about our stay was perfect, staff was amazing Colleen was very responsive and helpful. Melissa was also a sweet heart. I would stay here again peaceful and an amazing view. 10/10

The Cinnamon Suites view is amazing. The location is quiet and the beach is walking distance. They have a shuttle that can take you to Spiceland Mall which is also waking distance. The staff is also very nice
