Booking request was not honoured. I booked oceanfront, ground floor with two queen beds and they gave me what they felt like based on their assumptions. They promised to change the king bed to two queens but never did. Calls to reception/front desk/concierge were mostly unanswered. The minibar was unstocked at check-in, raising questions about the room preparation, and we never received the coffee-maker as promised. The room was very basic and dated - there were rust stains on the lampshades. Dinner at the French restaurant was disappointing. The portions were miniscule (we ordered from the room service menu while still at our table) and the Crêpe Suzette was cold and tough. The staff were very friendly and the grounds were lovely.

I had a wonderful stay at Mount Cinnamon and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Grenada. I stayed in the Cinnamon Suite, and waking up each morning to the breathtaking views over Grand Anse Beach was one of the highlights of my trip. The scenery is truly spectacular and made every sunrise and sunset feel special. The suite itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were always warm, welcoming, and there to help whenever I needed anything. One of my favourite little touches was the bedtime cookies that were delivered in the evenings. Another highlight of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent each morning. There was a wonderful variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated that so many ingredients were locally sourced, and I would look forward to having cocoa tea each morning. It was a fantastic way to start each day and another thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Mount Cinnamon offers stunning views, excellent hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Grenada.
