“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions.”

“Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! ”

“Places like this really make our family vacation with 3 kids the BEST. Plenty of space, very clean but not in the way that makes me nervous about having my kids around. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful. Location was close to the museums and sights. Not walking distance, but still quite close. The owners were quick to respond and kind. Would stay again!”

“The property is true to what it’s offering. Our stay of 3 days and 2 night for a family 7 made us felt like home. The place has very welcoming ambience, very spacious and fully equipped , well maintained and spotless clean, and it offers basic amenities of a single family home, just perfect for a place we’re looking for to stay and feel relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet and not busy. Property is close to various local restos/cafes and minutes drive to major attractions of downtown DC. Claire,……

"We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"
