“Everything was fine”

“I had a two night stay for work. Saturday when i returned to my room, my key didnt work. I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes before i was helped. Get to my room, shower, and the smoke alarm begins to chirp. The movie channels were not available with no way to stream from my phone. Internet connection was horrible. For $100 + a night, folks expect better. Ill not visit again”

“Breakfast is offered on the website. There was a sign on the breakfast room that said breakfast at 6:30. There was NO breakfast. Almost sounds like false advertising.”

“There was a strange smell in the desk lobby. The listing doesn't explicitly say outdoor room access, which is definitely lost on the "Studio 6" name. Its Motel 6 but a different building. The towels were yeloow, which mase my son and I not want to shower. The water was stinky, the toilet bowl and shower had brown stains. There was a bug flying around our room that I had to kill. All in all, not the most comfortable stay, but when stuck to choose between this room and an active blizzard, the room……

“Heater sounded like a jet plane taking off, there was a hole in the bottom of the door. Housekeeping didn't show up the whole time. When I pulled the blankets back there was a live bug on them. The pillows were terrible, and the final complaint is the noise from early morning until late night. I recommend not staying here I left and found another hotel.”

“I was double charged for the room. After paying Expedia like normal the hotel charged me the full rate. I'm still working to be refunded. Some vomit or other fluid on the floor at the entry that closely resembled vomit, old worn furnishings. The lady was pleasant and kind though. ”
