“The establishment is great, the day staff is amazing. The problem we had was the night time desk lady. She was the rudest person. She did not greet us when she arrived instead yelled at our group. That could have been handled so differently. She is not a person who should be dealing with public. She needs some classes in how to handle situations. That would be the reason I would not return. ”

“Clean room and linens. Could use updating, but everything was in good working order. There was a bit of musty smell upon entering the room, but nothing that stuck around long. Check in was easy and very quick. ”

“My husband and I love going here for a quick night away. The room with the balconies and jacuzzi tub is perfect for a night away. Sraff is friendly and accommodating. Wish there was a place to eat dinner close by. The place is not modern but it is well maintained and clean. Will be booking again I'm sure. ”
