This was a perfect stay if you have had prior visits to Kauai and visited other attractions located further away from Princeville. Very close to Hanalei and attractions on the North Side of the island or if you just want to chill out at the resort. However still plenty to discovered nearby. The facilities was great; clean and spacious for two person. No air conditioning in our unit but plenty of breeze. The unit's kitchenette was sufficiently stocked with quick coffee/tea, simple electrical equipments-microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, small fridge, cups and tableware but we mostly ate out anyways. Has a small lanai (balcony) frequented by the mynah birds. The surrounding area was very lush and well manicured and felt very safe. Book it!

The location is hard to beat. I was very happy with how close we were to everything on the north shore. My only note would be to get a box fan for more cross breeze in the room.

This is my 3rd time staying here. I love the location. It’s a nice laid back area. The outdoors spaces are great. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a little dated. Some have AC, some don’t. My only issue is that every time I’ve stayed at the resort I’ve had some sort of issue with the room. The first time my refrigerator died and I lost ~$100 worth of food (it was the second day of my stay and I had just gone to the grocery store). The second time I couldn’t get the AC to work. Turns out someone had take the remote that controlled the AC. So while my unit had AC there was no way to turn it on and they had no back up remotes. And then this time there was an issue with my door and it wouldn’t close all the way. Maintenance did come quickly and fixed it.

Awesome studio in Princeville.

We loved our stay here. It’s in a beautiful resort with awesome amenities and so scenic. The only hang up for us was some noise from upstairs and neighbors due to the style of windows other than that this place was amazing.

Nice for a cost-effective stay

Parking isn’t great, rarely able to park close to the condo but always found a spot. Always saw staff out cleaning or doing maintenance. Had a bunch of cigarette butts outside the lanai in one spot but I don’t think they saw that. Desk staff were awesome, Izzy in particular.

Studio in great location

Studio room in Princeville on quiet golf course, near stores, playground and short drive to beach. Pool on site is super nice w bbqs. Room was small but perfect if you plan to spend most your time exploring beautiful Kauai. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool area and other amenities offered. The location was close to both Hanalei and Anini beach, which were some of our favorite locations on our trip. The room was a bit tight for hanging out during the day, and the louvered windows made it easy to hear guests in other rooms (although everyone was quiet at night). Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay and thought it was the perfect hub to explore the north shore!

Perfect accommodation

Everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. The room is relatively small and not ideal if you are going to do a lot of cooking. It can be done; but you have to get creative with your space. :) It could be shared by 2 people, but is really more suited for one person.

The building and location is beautiful but there is NO AC. This means all windows have to be kept open and people can see inside. It was hot and not having AC meant little sleep. In part too because of hearing people outside. Overall, it’s cute and the bed was comfy. Just a little outdated in style.

Nice grounds, awful room

Quick note, the grounds and property are extremely nice and well kept. Now, the roomFirst, no hvac. no A/C was found at the bottom of listing, no heat which was not mentioned in the listing. You will need to keep the louvered windows open for air flow and you will hear everything, mainly the roosters at their 0530 wake up call.Second, room we were in was beat up and in dire need of reno. Walls, carpet, window corners, ancient tv all needed replacement or paint. But the mattress was the worst. Springs were popping out and was a rock. With the condition Wyndham has let this go to it has caused us to ever rethink staying in one of their properties again
