1) ridurre il numero di messaggi inviati da parte dell’host, dal momento che a volte possono creare confusione.
2) sarebbe stato gradito un piccolo set di cortesia per il bagno, abbiamo invece trovato dei residui di prodotti in flaconcini anonimi e precedentemente utilizzati
Un soggiorno complessivamente molto positivo, davvero carina la struttura e rapporto qualità prezzo consigliato!"

Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.

Benedetta was fantastic! She was so kind and available for all of her guests. You can tell she truly cares! The rooms and lobby were beautiful and it was in a great location. 10/10. I wish I could live there.

Comfortable, lovely small hotel with easy parking and air conditioning. Although we were on the first floor, the room was quiet so we slept well. We were able to walk into the city center in less than 10 minutes. Nice, helpful woman running the facility. Very easy check-in at our own convenience. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent. I wish there were more hotels like this during my travels in Italy, and I would happily...
