"We stayed in the Family Selection with 2 other families. The staff was amazing, especially Moses who was very friendly and helped calm my son down when he tripped and fell on the morning we were leaving. We ended up upgrading to an ocean view suite as the first room we were assigned looked onto construction of a new building next door. The entertainment for the kids was great and the Family Selection pool and restaurant were perfect for families travelling with children. "

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."

"I’ve been going here for about three or four years love this place. It is absolutely the most consistently pleasurable resort. I’ve been too. It is nice simple beautiful quiet. It’s the perfect place to go if you just want to relax. If you’re looking for a resort with a bunch of hoopla and madness and a bunch of wild people this is not your place if you’re looking for someplace to just relax enjoy the ocean. Enjoy the pool. Enjoy a good food and absolutely phenomenal service and lay back and relaxed that this is the spot to be! "
