“We arrived a little after 4 couldn't get checked in first 2 people we dealt with where extremely friendly at 6 we went & tried to check in room was finally available the younger gentleman was extremely rude & very unfriendly! I personally think he needs a different job that does involve customer service! ”

“由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。
然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。
又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。
房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。
櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。
自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。”
