“The website and posting show there is a hot tub inside which is the reason we chose this property and when I asked where it was I was asked the question back a few times and finally I asked if they had a hot tub or was it the wood I was sitting on in the pool room to which after 5 mins he finally said that they covered it up
Like come on…don’t advertise something you don’t have and then make the person seem dumb for asking where it is
There were no clean towels for us to use the pool however……
