We had a very short stay at this place, but it did not disappoint us in any way. There were numerous amenities available, although unfortunately, we couldn’t make use of them all due to our limited time. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this place to other parents traveling with children.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
Property and staff were lovely. We travelled with our kids and were very comfortable.
Only caveat is the restaurants aren’t that great and the service could be better. Hopefully that gets some improvements.
We would come back!
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained — genuinely a lovely property that clearly takes pride in its physical space.
That said, our experience was significantly impacted by the closure of advertised amenities — indoor waterparks, shopping, bars, and restaurants — for the full 5 days of our stay. We understand the hotel reserves the right to close amenities without notice, and we appreciate that circumstances can change. However, travelling from Ontario to Quebec with young kids and arriving to find everything closed was a real disappointment that was difficult to overcome regardless of the fine print.
The hotel has genuine potential and the property itself is worth visiting — we just hope future guests have better luck with amenity availability than we did.
Rooms were clean and new. Had all the main things needed and spacious. Waterparks were well maintained and fun for all. Major drawback is lack of food options that are reasonably priced onsite. There is limited options with lack of variety. A breakfast option included in hotel stay is lacking. We left the hotel for all our meals (15 min drive).
the view is very bad with the price I paid . The staff is very helpful , the front desk very nice.
The breakfast from La captine is all flys everywhere
Overall I’m satisfied. Just about the view and no tooth brush no hair conditioner . Its absolutely not a 4 star
The hotel was very clean and the staff did a good job. The only thing I didn't like was that hotel guests weren't offered better amenities for staying at Bora Parc. I would have appreciated at least a discount coupon since I was a guest. In the end, I paid the same price as someone who wasn't staying at the hotel.
