The property consists of row houses made into hotel rooms . Room was clean large, well appointed . Problem was that the room was on a main street with bars that are open until 3a.m. Loud noise from crowds until 4a.m.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the decore is updated to relect the age of the building. Parking was a concern when booking, but I found the there is reasonably priced parking nearby. So I was less concerned. I would stay there again.

clean room, challenge access as it's all climbing many stairs. Our bathroom flooded on first day so all floor got wet. Staff arrived prompt & helped. Towels clean but very old. No breakfast, but street location with many choices. Make sure that room faces opposite to main street, otherwise it's noisy from crowds until early morning hours. excellent location & easy walking but it's all up & down streets & many steps.

Great location in Old Quebec City. Room was clean but a bit small (beds were against the wall to fit). Fridge in room was very loud and cycled frequently. Bathroom was clean with great water pressure. Directions on where to park would have been helpful. Building has approximately 8 spots and access is down an ally. Great parking 1 street away that we stumbled upon. Staff was friendly.

It is an older downtown hotel, just steps away from Old Quebec. Lots of restaurants on the same street. It has a lot of character and charm. Which also means no elevator. We were on the third floor. There is very limited parking around back of an alley. We lucked out and got a space, but also adapted our plans so we would not loose it. We stayed two nights.

Clean, friendly,efficient staff, feels like a cozy home, great location close to shops and restos and it’s along the route of the hop on/hop off tour bus. AC was noisy. TV/Cable did not work with message showing something like “poor signal”. I did not bother to call reception since I was out most times.

Easy check-in, arrive early to get a parking at the back of the hotel! 25$/day. Not bad but arrive early to get a spot because after 17h, there is none. The hotel is outdated but it is good located. 20 mins walk and you are in the hotel Frontenac. Right beside the hotel there is the Shiraz persian restaurant and it was delicious! Only bad thing about the hotel is that it is not sound proof, we got the worst room, just right in front of the lobby and i can hear everything from the lobby and from upstairs.
