"Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!"

"my room has no window, breakfast is not up to standard, coffee very thin. no slippers, no small tower. 3 reception very helpful and cheerful, even help me to pay the daily car parking app of Penang. no big problem in parking the car. small car though."

"入住第一晚，懷疑受天氣影響酒店WiFi未能連接網絡。聯絡酒店職員協助，馬上派出技工reset WiFi router，可惜依然未能成功連接。後來跟酒店大堂職員再跟進，他們 將額外的WiFi router插進房間客廳內，終於成功連接！感謝他們努力不懈的協助！ 對於酒店房間我們十分滿意，地點亦超方便！"
