“I booked this place for a two day wind-down near the airport after a long two month trip. It said it had a restaurant and pool (pictured) so I planned to stay on site and relax.
When I arrived it turned out the pool and restaurant were closed?! There was no apology or explanation given, I was told I could “order delivery”. For five meals. Can you imagine the cost? And it’s beside the point, do they not think guests choose places to stay based on the facilities offered? I chose a this place for……

“I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. ”
