I don’t usually complain but I feel I have to this time for the following reasons: Awful, awful smell in the room like it’s not been aired out for a really long time, a couple of busted lights, TV not working, one of the bedside tables is missing a lampshade, counter top front strip is peeling off. I’m too tired to ask to be moved to a different room, which could just turn out to be worse than this room. For the poor condition of this room the $84 I paid for one night is way overpriced.

Fluids and trash left in the room we were starting at, visible stains on carpets and bedding, hairs left on sheets, bathroom toilet was not flushed, burn holes in the comforter and electricity was not working correctly in the building. One of the lamps did not even have a switch where you could turn it on and off, and if you wanted the overhead light on you had to have a certain configuration of the lighting's in the on position throughout the room.

There was a situation where the person in the room next to me was super loud and screaming about being on drugs. Entering my room I could smell marijuana clearly being smoked in the room. I asked the front desk if there was anywhere to move rooms as I had an infant in my room, they said there were no rooms available, but said they didn’t have any. They said they would talked to the person, but it didn’t stop them from being obscenely loud and slamming doors and yelling all night long. When I tried to ask after a couple hours if there was anything else they could do the front desk person got nasty with me and I just had to suck it up. Very unfortunate.

Smells like marijuana and cigarettes in the entire place. My lock was broken leaving me feel unsafe. The light in the bathroom flickered on and off. The volume on the TV did not work.

Room was not very clean, heater did not work well. It snowed and sidewalks were not shovled. The smell of all types of smoke permeated the hallways. The only good was the front desk staff. They were very nice and helpful.
