“The front lock broke to the building and we couldn’t get in for hours. Exhausted all the contacts that were provided to us, but still had trouble getting in, and getting in contact with the host. Eventually, the host came to the building and let us in, but hours later. It would be helpful if guest could have effective and direct communication to the host for emergencies like that. But host was very friendly and cooperative once arriving to the situation.”

Nevertheless, we were not on the south shore and crossing the bridge daily was a hassle. The listing and check-in package also showed parking. Photos were shown of the rear parking area of the rental in the listing; however, we arrived to find that there was no dedicated parking space and our car had to be parked on the……

“The place was very clean, both bedrooms were a good size, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms. The bonus was the covered car port in the back. We had an ice storm and snowstorm in the same week, and it saved our car! We would stay here again.”

“Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms made it easy for 4 of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Very close to the Metro and to big sights like the Olympic Park, gardens, Insectarium, Biodome. Easy ride into Old Montreal, Museum of Art, etc. There is construction happening on the street in front, so getting an Uber was a bit challenging. And the noise from the workers and equipment starts very early in the morning. But……
