"Stayed here twice with large families. Good breakfast but on busy Saturdays, food runs out quickly and not replenished. Convenient location near mall with less traffic. Room is clean and well kept, but fixtures could be updated. Shower head was leaking."

"Very bad experience stay with embassy suite especially the gentleman preparing omelets was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I approached the omelet station to place my order, he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. Without giving me his full attention, he asked me what I wanted. Since he continued talking to the other person while I was speaking, I paused and waited for him to finish. He then repeatedly asked me to place my order. When I finally told him what I wanted, he responded in a rude manner and said, “No need to repeat yourself.” Later, I returned to order an omelet for my boyfriend since he is with a one year old child with him, At that point, he sarcastically said, “Back again, back again,” in a way that was clearly disrespectful and unwelcoming. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The employee’s behavior was inappropriate, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. This experience significantly affected my impression of the hotel. I hope management will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are treated respectfully in the future."

"Staying at this hotel was a disappointing experience. When we first checked in, there was no one at the registration desk. I had to go find the clerk in the adjoining office. Then when he came out, it was a very slow process and he asked me if we really needed 2 beds (which is what I purchased). I asked for extra pillows, which I never got and when I went down to ask about that and the parking, there was a sign saying that he would be back in a bit. Other people were waiting in line too. How does such a nice hotel have only one clerk who wasn’t there half the time? Then when we went to swim, the pool water was so murky that we didn’t want to swim in it. The hot tub jet made noises, and most importantly, the pool area was a mess. No one had picked up trash or provided more towels. When we went to shower in the room, the hotel had only provided 2 towels in the room and the water only got lukewarm, with little water pressure. This could have been a really great experience but the lack of staff and care of the property was terrible. The only redeeming part was when we were leaving, a porter named Michael, came up to the room to help us with our bags. He was so helpful and kind and we really appreciated that."

"The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. Just not enough space and resources for what they have going on there. When we first arrived, it was difficult to figure out parking, and once you did, there were no clear signs from the parking garage to the hotel. This would have all been fine for a value property, but this was almost $500 per night. To add insult to injury, we didn't know our schedule yet, but booked Friday, and even two weeks before, we were not able to revise it and weren't able to come Friday night for my son's graduation, so we paid $1,000 for the night. I would highly recommend not going through Expedia and going directly to Hilton. They HATE Expedia guests."
