"Great location, very clean and nicely updated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby. The room was very clean and newly updated including new carpet. Bed was comfortable, shower had decent water pressure. Coffee was nice and hot and breakfast was good. Highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Unfortunately this was the worse experience I ever had with the Hilton/ Hampton Did not clean the room for 2 days Did not provided towel or amenities for 2 days No one at front desk for longest period of time to ask for anything Very limited breakfast Orange juice from breakfast was spoiled Food from bar at Hilton bar was Terrible!!!!!!! And to end the trip a man walked into my room at 6.30 am when my husband was having breakfast and I was still sleeping. When I brought to the attention of front desk the guy say " Oh I am sorry it was the electrician" at 6.30 am with 2 black suitcases and dark clothes Very disappointed as it it was going to be my hotel to go as is right across from places I have to go woken I am in NJ It was the worst experience"

"The Carolina Pine Inn is a true hidden gem in the Aberdeen, North Carolina area. We typically stay closer to town, but wanted a change of pace this trip, and we’re glad we did. The peaceful setting and relaxed atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. We visit this part of North Carolina every month, and the Carolina Pine Inn has officially become our go-to hotel. The staff is fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making guests feel at home. The property is charming, well-maintained, and exceptionally quiet. If you’re traveling through the region and looking for a comfortable, low-key retreat away from the noise and crowds of typical hotels, we highly recommend the Carolina Pine Inn. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy a more peaceful stay."

"I booked the room for my mom and the staff was rude tried to charge her again after she paid for her room. There was also a $50 deposit that no one could give a clear understanding of. I have visited several different hotels and have never paid a deposit. They were suppose to give her a first floor room. Due to her health. She was not satisfied neither was I so we will not be using your company again."
