“The staff were really good and helpful specially Raju Singh on the reception who helped us for our Pushkar trip, Yuvraj Singh who made sure the breakfast was top notch and served us with warmth! Also the food is just amazing, thanks to the cook Ranaji!
The suite and washrooms were super clean and tip top matching our North American standard. I would highly recommend this place for a family retreat.”

“The property is good
Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard
It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids.
The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ).
Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small……

“We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. It’s newly built and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
The food was amazing. The young owner is very friendly professional and ambitious.
