The room was clean,the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was excellent and air conditioning was extremely cold. I would definitely stay at thus location again. Not to mention the breakfast was outstanding.

Staff were helpful, considerate, but most of them needed a smoke break every five minutes—doesn’t make for the most family-friendly environment. Rooms were clean in contrast to the environment and surroundings. The twitching drug addicts walking in front of the hotel from time to time proved a stark contrast. Got a random phone call to our room landline that sounded like a pre-recorded voice on the other end of the line at 4:30 AM that we were not expecting. The experience was a bit of a wake up call to realize that you can’t get a good hotel room for under $200 anymore.

Natile was great from start to finish! FYI if your a light sleeper. You probably should ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. The traffic noise on the front side is very loud. Breakfast was cool. Room was clean. Staff friendly.
