I didn't like the fact I had to pay a 75 deposit after I booked it online and I think I didn't get my deposit back

Changed rooms 3 times. Staff was impossible to find - had to physically search for help around the property with other hotel guests. When we found them they did not have am excuse and actually walked away to use the bathroom while there was a line of angry guests after 9pm. Many couldn't enter their rooms due to defective cards. Our first room had a flooded bathroom. Second room had a NEST of roaches. It was memorial day weekend so we couldn't find another hotel (believe me we tried) so we changed rooms a third time and the room was leaking over our heads. Ridiculous. Almost comically bad.

This property needs to be remodeled. The staff needs to be retrained. I was in the hotel a total of 15 minutes cancelled my reservation and will not go back.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. Check in was great. The lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. As we approached our room there was guests screaming bloody murder for who knows what reason. Later on while about to fall asleep a kid kicked his basketball at our door, I only know because I opened it and saw the kid and the adults in the hallway. They didn’t even apologize…Then around midnight, people were trying to get in our room saying they had the same room..overall we won’t be staying again.

Shady characters were roaming the halls at night. Hallways smelt like weed, and old beer. A lady was getting her needle fix right in the entrance way. And i believe there are lady of the nights happenings.
