After flying for hours and taking a taxi to the resort, we were told by the front desk staff that we were scheduled to arrive the next day. I showed the itinerary and was then told they’d been trying to reach me but didn’t have my number. I found 1 message, which had been sent while we were on the plane. I asked for a manager, it took about 15 minutes for her to show up. After arguing about when I was supposed to arrive, she finally told me she doesn’t have my room because the air conditioning was broken. She didn’t have any extra rooms so she offered to send us to a sister property. We ended up at the Elysian for the week. That resort was fine but we had planned our vacation around distance from Limetree.
Overall, I can’t say anything about the accommodations at Limetree customer service was unacceptable.
