Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass mehrere voll ausgestattete und sehr saubere Küchen zur Verfügung standen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service und die hervorragende Organisation. Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Punkt, den ich mir für die Zukunft wünschen würde: Leider gibt es keine……

“Staff was helpful and friendly. Liked the quaint village feel of the hotel. A lovely hike up behind the hotel to an old castle and plenty of hiking trails nearby.”

“Personal immer super freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Einfach super, tolle Lage, toller Biergarten und Saunawelt. Ich werde in Zukunft immer hier kommen, wenn ich beruflich in der Nähe bin.”

“Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY.”

“Great location in Kaiserslautern. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. There is no elevator so 2nd floor is four flights up. It was good exercise for us but any one with back, knee or frail will want to think twice. Also like many European hotels, the shower is tiny. But staff is so helpful and had great communication. I would stay again.”
