"Anna’s hotel was amazing, some of the best food I’ve had in Germany. Just like homemade every night no matter what I ordered, especially the hamburgers and I never order a hamburger in Germany. I’m glad I did. Rooms are nice and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator along with a balcony. Very comfortable and easy to sleep, also has fans if needed. "Kerstin was by far the best host I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. After my nightmare traveling day with united airlines cancelling my flight and me showing up a day late and my rental car being cancelled. She was sympathetic to my situation and a wonderful person to me at a very challenging time. As far her apartment, it’s everything we needed and more. Great location, clean and pristine and also had washer and dryer on premises. Whenever I’m in the landstuhl area I will only be looking to stay with her. I wish she had more locations so I could stay with her and not worry about a thing."

"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the desk phone and the other could be heard ringing on the other side of a locked door behind the desk. After lots of ringing, someone eventually showed up and said the envelope on the desk had my key. I got in and everything was fine, but this confusing experience added stress to an already long day. The hotel itself was nice. The room was great. Quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The mini-split air conditioning was a real treat after a week of extremely hot temperatures in Spain and France."

"Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY."
