“Clean and neat apartment close to many restaurants and shops. Chris was kind and responded to my questions through messages. Towels were provided, all the supplies needed in the house were provided by Chris. We loved the stay and will definitely come back. Thank you Chris for everything you did for me and my family during our stay.”

We advised beforehand that we'd be taking our 1 month old baby and when we arrived, we hadn't been provided any information on what unit it was nor did they provide door codes. Robert (the host) continuously claimed that he didn't get receive our payment for our stay, however we had paid and had a confirmation email directly from Vrbo themselves and that was what we kept telling him. “There was roaches all over the room and bathroom”

“While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect...

“Clean and quiet space. I rented the 1-bedroom apartment and had a great stay. The space was very clean and provided everything I was looking for while searching for properties in Montclair to stay at. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and explore Montclair I highly recommend it! The train station is less than a 15-minute walk away, and many shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the property. Sherry was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions I had.”
