“The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. “Beautiful view of the valley below. Loved the 'infinity pool' after our long drive in. We did notice a very stong odor when exiting the elevator on our floor. Not sure if it was some kind of cleaning product or if some child had an accident in the hallway but both myself and my companion found the odor very unpleasant. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed surprised and said they didn't notice anything. "Mountain View" was just the grassy hillside next to the hotel. The property is easy……

“Just come back from a lovely stay, beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. The sauna was great with a fantastic view, the hot tub unfortunately was too cold for us but they did explain they had some faults. The staff were really good at responding to any questions. “The floor is a bit cold. Modern and clean. You have to ask for the tee and water boiler. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. ”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel. Right in the centre of town only meters from the restaurants and shops and at the base of the castle cliff. The room was modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river, and free Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. The breakfast was also lovely and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Having its own little bouldering room and hang board is really unique!
