I arrived c.11.30 a.m. from the airport, with two adult children. We had no expectations of a room, but as we needed to change into formal clothes for a funeral, before the 3.00 p.m. check-in time, we discussed storing our cases for later, and changing then.
The receptionist, Leanne, could not have been more helpful. She immediately found us one room we could use as a base, and in fact, we had all three rooms within the hour!
It really removed any stress and difficulties, and we are extremely grateful to Leanne for going “above and beyond”.
The hotel itself was very good, and the bedrooms excellent, well appointed and roomy.
