“Overall it was a wonderful experience! My only minor complaints were that the listing didn't show that you either have upstairs or downstairs neighbors (if I had known I would have asked for the upper level instead) and out hot tub had a tree blocking some of our view but my partner appreciated the privacy it afforded so no harm no foul but it was slightly misleading compared to the pictures on the listing. Everything else was great though.”

“Great location, clean space. The only complaints would be that only one set of the jets worked in the hot tub. Bathrooms are small and tight. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax.”

“My stay here was fabulous. The condo was absolutely immaculate, the bed I slept in was gloriously comfortable, and the river that runs right behind the property provides the most lovely water sounds. The location is tucked back away from the road which makes it more peaceful and further enhanced a lovely experience with numerous walks along the river. ”

“Beautiful 2 condo with balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Close enough to walk north to downtown or south to Lake Estes, but on the edge of the downtown area, so much quieter. The shops underneath are very quiet tenants -- we never heard anything except the river. We enjoyed ”

“Very clean, well located lodge with outdoor deck perfect for morning and evening coffee or meals. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms can be a little stuffy so open the windows or use the window unit A/C. The garbage disposal was not working and the toaster was broken but don't let this dissuade you as these are easy fixes. Definitely recommend. We would stay there again.”
