"So I was nervous about this day before coming because I had never stayed in a hotel when I came to New York before. But it was a lot better than I expected like a lot better than I expected. Pros: My room was ready and available upon arrival I was quickly given another room when my original smelled of urine Housekeeping comes daily at 10:30 with fresh towels, toiletries and sheets upon request It’s close to bus stops. It’s really close to the train station & all of your convenience& bites to eat (within 10 minutes of a walk) They have an outdoor smoking area that they are very lenient about I was able to leave my luggage while I ventured the city after check out Air conditioning blows amazing My refrigerator stopped working and it was replaced by the time I got back to the room ATM, low fee Cons: The elevator is pretty slow You can hear next-door neighbor if it’s louder than normal The website says that there’s breakfast but there’s no breakfast The Wi-Fi seems to only work at certain times, you’ll sign in about every 12 hours This doesn’t apply to me because I walked everywhere, but there are only about 4 to 5 parking spaces in their first come first serve. So you’ll be playing musical chairs."
