"We had a lovely stay In general the condo was clean except for stained carpeting in 2 of the bedrooms , a very damaged bathroom floor in hall bath and black mold like areas on lanai floor and lower walls of lanai. Thank you please get the carpets cleaned and fix the bathroom floor especially that the rates for next year have gone up so much!!"

"Our stay at 1111 Central and our condo unit is amazing. Everything was so well prepared for our time there. The appointments and amenities within our unit and throughout the complex are first class. The owner and property manager were so responsive before and during our stay. We felt so welcomed and perfectly at home. The residents at 1111 Central are incredibly friendly.
