The staff was excellent in fixing issues we had when we first arrived. 1) The blind did not work. We needed light. 2)The WiFi did not work in the room. 3) A piece of tile was loose from the wall. 4) There was no frig in the room (or microwave). 5) My husband needed light to work at the desk.
