"Questioning the cleanliness practices. Shower walls and around side and bottom of shower mold that could easily be avoided if properly cleaned between guests, or at least once a week. Made me leery of standing on floor of shower. What possible germs might be the result of not sanitizing? One bath towel. No shower soap in dispenser. Obviously not being cleaned by room personnel, nor being under the oversight of a supervisor. Toilet bowl not stable to the floor. "

"My suite was clean and spacious!! When I was low on something for my room (i.e. Kleenex), the maid quickly provided me with extra! Great customer service! A+++"

"I had a wonderful stay at The Marco Hotel. The room was lovely, with a stunning view of the lake that made the experience even more relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the excellent service — Andre was incredibly accommodating, and his hospitality made me feel right at home. His attention to detail and warm demeanor elevated my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lake Charles!"
