"3day stay. Our bathroom didn’t have any hot water after the first night. AC unit was loud. Elevators are small, barely fit 3 people and their luggage. Staff was friendly, lobby clean. For the amount of money they charge people they can at least have a decent pillow, hot water and give their rooms some TLC. "

Cons: Facilities are old and dated Carpet in the hall was starting to buckle which can and will cause a tripping hazard Shower had holes in the wall from something that had been removed at some point Room had like 2 outlets and neither remotely close to the bed Found a toenail on the floor "

"The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldn’t get on the water via the hotel as it’s a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. "
