“Beautiful views of the Bear Lake. It's an amazing place to stay if you are sharing with another family as it has 3 levels: ground with kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining, living room, and balcony with ample views; lower level with 2 bedrooms (one of them sleeps 4), laundry and bathroom; and upper levels with master bedroom, second bedroom (sleeps 4) and bathroom. The only complaint is that the checkout is at 10 a.m. and the check-in is not until 4 p.m., which differs from typical hotel schedules and is……

“Comfortable and clean”

“We loved the simple check-in process. A text from the property sent us the door code - fantastic! Our room was ready to go and lovely! Amazing view! We loved the decorations in the room. Such a bright, happy place! We woke up to the sun shining off the lake. The pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained. And we loved the short walk to the grocery store. What a wonderful time!!!”

“Great location near Garden City amenities. Ground floor Condo was a short walk from the parking lot and located near the pool. Comfy furnishings including the king size bed. Quiet location even though there were lots of other people utilizing the complex.”

“We really enjoyed the view. There were some issues with the television sets and it was very difficult until the technical guy came and finally got them to work a day after we were there. Also the patio was not cleaned we did that ourselves. Some of the furniture is coming apart. You need a more informed binder on how to use such things as the TV’s. All in all we enjoyed our stay but I should have ask first floor accommodation since we are in our 80’s and climbing stairs is not our easiest thing.”
