"We have stayed here twice a year for over 5 years. Some things have declined unfortunately- There were no extra blankets or pillows in the closet. They had no hot water for tea when we arrived and staff was not keeping track of when coffee ran out. The young woman who checked us in was great and very helpful when there was a problem with the room we reserved. She not only got us a new room but came up and checked on us when we got settled."
