“We booked a regular king room 4 hours hours before our arrival (we were driving from upstate New York) Upon checking in I was informed that the only room available was a handicapped accessible double room and right next to the lobby. I let the front desk know that I was traveling with my 8-year-old and a Roll-in shower would be messy. She provided us with a bunch of extra bath mats to lay down, which I am super grateful for. Reception clerk stated yes we know we have been having problems. We are planning on being updated. We were to have a continental breakfast. There was coffee and tea only. Sheets had staining.
