We’ve stayed here several times while visiting my son at SUNY Brockport. Always greeted with a smile, get a great size and clean room and enjoy the hot breakfast. Highly recommend!!

We were there for a visit to RIT and it was within a good driving distance to it.

Friendly staff, clean facility and nice breakfast space and options.

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside. The breakfast is good for a quick bite.

Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great staff of welcoming and kind people. Clean, quiet and friendly facilities. We really couldn't ask for more.

Great experience

Room was nice and the view. Staff was friendly as well.

Wonderful stay, staff was excellent!

Everyone here has been wonderful, especially the front desk staff. I’m here for work and they’ve even gone so far as to take my service dog out for me.

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Quiet, comfortable, felt like home. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location.

The front desk in the morning and overnight are amazing they're always there to help even if you need an extra towel at 2:00 a.m. don't forget to enjoy the breakfast it's always fresh and the housekeepers are amazing she went beyond what she needed to do

I had a surgery and I was very happy to make this hotel a choice. My only inconvenience was the location of the sink and the absence of a coffee maker and microwave in the room. In the end it worked out because I was granted a microwave in the room. I’m very happy about my stay and will be back. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location to food and many stores. Thank You Thank you.

I really like that check out time was noon and breakfast was great!!
