I've wanted to stay in this hotel from the time I saw it on my first trip to Genoa and recently got the chance. It did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning hotel. The interior is beyond gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful and very well-maintained. The toiletries are SO good. They smell heavenly and my hair has never been so soft (wish I could find this stuff in the US). The hotel provides slippers and plush bathrobes. Check-in was easy, the staff is fluent in English and very, very welcoming. I had meetings the following day and they allowed me to store my overnight bag until it was time for me to depart to the airport. I felt like royalty waltzing into this building. My 14 year-old-self would be very impressed with me. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.
