Yo tuve una lesión y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de llamar al masajista para que viniera fuera del horario habitual para atenderme y ayudarme a aliviar el dolor. Respecto a los restaurantes, la zona del desayuno es pequeña pero muy variada y con productos de buena calidad. Nos encantaría volver a Zermatt y sin duda eligiríamos de nuevo el hotel Alpen."
