Winter Getaway

Very good base to spend a week enjoying Eastern PR. A perfect ocean view from the balcony and one bedroom. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated and equipped, though it is missing a dishwasher. The grounds are great with uncrowded pool area and a lovely little beach area.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We stayed in this condo for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our few questions. The accommodations are clean, decorated tastefully, have wonderful water views and well maintained grounds and pools. A sandy beach is adjacent and accessible and the water is calm and warm. Good for all ages to swim. Good security in and around the property. Easy drive to center of town and good places to eat. We would certainly return.

Very nice beach appartment

We enjoyed our short stay at this apartment. It was very clean and right on a small beach. Gorgeous sunset view. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice stay in Rincon

This property worked out well for our stay in Rincon. Basically a private beach, quiet building with a great view... Excellent base for all the area has to offer. Would stay again.

We had a great time with great views of the ocean from our patio. The pool was nice and the people super. We enjoyed Rincon and all the food choices. Overall, a very nice holiday.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were nice. The view from the apartment was wonderful overlooking the ocean. There was a small beach next to the complex where you could swim in ocean.

Best location - easy to get to all the fun places, downtown and restaurants! Could not ask for a better place! This was our SECOND time staying at Pelican Bay this year!!!

Great Vacation Rental!

First Rate Option in Rincon

Very well appointed, comfortable 2/2 with a view of the Caribbean Sea. Quiet location, accessible to local restaurants, bars, and beaches. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

Great Location, Beautiful Complex

Two couples rented this condo for a week. There was plenty of room and a nice kitchen. There is cable and WiFi included. We loved the beach and pool area as well as the assigned parking. It is secure and close to everything. Very nice to have beach chairs and beach towels and a cooler.

Great Vacation Spot

Great vacation spot, quiet location. Not easy accessibility to the beach however; the steps/plank leading to the beach are not very safe. The aesthetics of the apartment are beautiful; however there were some things in the apartment that were not working properly; 1 A.C in the livingroom/kitchen area did not work and the A.C in the smaller bedroom did not work properly. All in all it was a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the pool area.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was well laid out and was great for 2 friends traveling. The apartment was sparking clean and well kitted out. Particularly loved the balcony. More clarity on the key box and some day one coffee would have been appreciated.

Nice ocean view

The interior of the condo in very modern and very nice. The pool grounds are clean and maintained. Beds are very very firm. Shower in guest bathroom leaked quite a bit into the floor. Overall stay was great just a few little quirks.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very neat and clean. Has everything you need!!

Staying at Pelican Reef was an amazing experience. It was relaxing and very quiet. My wife and I had the pool all to ourselves for most of the trip. The beach in front of the property doesn't have much sand for you to lay out due to a recent storm, but there are many other beach options nearby. I felt relaxed and at home staying in this condo. I would stay here again in the future and would recommend for anyone to stay here. You will not be disappointed!!
