"The place was full of personal belongings making it very uncomfortable. I am a single women and i felt like someone was going to walk in at any time. When I arrived the owner did tell me the light in the master bath didn't work and he would send someone to fix. I did not feel safe with a strange person entering the condo. Missing mirror in master bath, Dog hair all over the living room. Sprouted sweet potatoes and dried up lime and lemon melted butter in the kitchen and if that wasn't...

Very pleasant rustic hotel in scenic area. I stayed one night as part of a scenic trip to Dinosaur National Park and Flaming Gorge National Monument. I enjoyed their quirky lawn displays as well.

Beautiful location at the start (or end) of Flat Tops scenic byway! So quiet and peaceful. We slept in Sage Hill with windows open to the cool breeze. Note that Sage Hill has a bed in the loft and you climb a ladder to get to it. There's also a twin size bed in a little nook. Restaurants and groceries are nearby in Meeker. Great staff.

Appreciated veins let into our room a little early, as I wasn't feeling well. The parking was better this time. There weren't as many guests and parking with our trailer was easier. Having more parking places and some to accommodate trucks with trailers would really improve the property.
