Amazing staff! Even if there is a language barrier they ensure you are well informed and know that they are at your expense. However, the facility as a whole was not very clean. My bedding had stains on the pillows and sheets. My curtains and towels had stains as well. The entire hotel is white but stains are very visible on the furniture in the lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Great hotel but definitely in need of a deep cleaning.

Very nice option in Recreio area Rio de Janeiro, direct access to tue beach, nice pool in 10th floor. Tue hiyel look nice and new.

The rooftop is wonderul. I have been to many hotel rooftops but none have had such a great panoramic view. Affordable caprinhas and a place to hang out and enjoy.

O hotel é incrível, desde o atendimento até a limpeza. O café da manhã é excelente, comemos bem e com qualidade. Com certeza não penso em outro hotel quando for para o Recreio.

The hotel is stylish, though my room was on the smaller side. The restaurant is located by the waterfront, and Santos, our server, went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal was poor in the room.

Tivemos uma estadia incrível de 6 dias neste hotel maravilhoso! Desde o check-in até o momento da saída, tudo foi impecável. O atendimento da equipe foi sempre cordial, atencioso e eficiente. O quarto era muito confortável, limpo e bem equipado, não era muito espaçoso, mais estava ótimo. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com áreas comuns bem cuidadas e espaços perfeitos para relaxar. Optamos pela meia pensão e foi uma escolha sensacional: o café da manhã era super variado e delicioso, e o jantar sempre surpreendia com pratos bem preparados e saborosos. A qualidade da comida realmente se destacou! Sem dúvida, uma experiência memorável. Recomendo fortemente e já estou com vontade de voltar!
